Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a storefront?

Unfortunately, there is not a physical storefront where you can purchase all of our online products at this time.

There is however, a booth that Calluna Cai Designs is in collaboration with The Hippie Vintage Home at The Painted Tree Boutique in North Richland Hills, TX. Please come check us out, as you will find a variety of items between us that are exclusively offered in the booth!

When will I be able to pick up or receive my order?

All items are made to order so the turnaround time (TAT) for products is usually between 5-7 days.

Please allow for extra time during holidays, or keep a lookout at the announcements made at the top of the website in case of any TAT delays.

If there is a delay on Calluna Cai Designs' end, you will be notified to discuss the wait time.

Please keep in mind that the TAT might be longer for some items.

When are your working hours?

Working hours are usually Monday - Friday from approximately 9am until 3:45pm. However, times and days may be flexible and are subject to change. Many times, we may be available to respond at all hours of any given day.

How do I get a Large Order Collections page on your site?

If you have an order over 20 items and feel it might be better for people in your group to order theirs individually, and want an easy way to keep it all in one place, please go to the "Large Order Inquiry" page under "Customizations" and fill out the form!

Returns

Unfortunately there are no returns, as most items are customized and/or specifically adjusted for each customer.

Though there are no returns, you may receive store credit to re-order the correct size/color you needed or another item of equal amount from our wide range of products if you see something else you like.

Turnaround time will be approximately the same as when original product was purchased.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the case of faulty items undetected by Calluna Cai Designs. Change of mind returns are issued store credit. If you feel your order qualifies for a refund, please email callunacaidesigns@gmail.com.

Refunds returned back to credit/debit cards can take 5-7 business days to process and appear in your account again depending on your financial institution. If you still haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first contact your financial institution and request an up to date status on any pending refunds on your account. If there are no pending refunds for your account, please email callunacaidesigns@gmail.com

Store Credit

In the event that you have mistakenly ordered and received an items that is the wrong color/size, a store credit will be issued to your account.

If your Calluna Cai Designs account has credit on it, make sure you are logged in when you check out. Under 'Payment' on the checkout page, you will have the option to apply your credit to the order.

If you contact us about a mistaken order, and don't have an account with us, we will send an account activation email to the email address associated with your original order.
